We have been visiting the disco bar at Ocean Drive lately. It is a rather informal cabaret, with a few tables downstair and others on the balcony upstairs. So Epcot again it is!

After a long summer break, mainly due to the Florida summer heat and humidity, we decided to take a chance and visit Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival.

Fieldtrip to Shark Valley by Fabiola Forns

Backlit Great Blue Heron and catfish. We had to run for this one and he never gave us a good light angle.

The trip to Shark Valley, regardless of the 11 mile road work, proved to be very interesting. I would say even better than the Burrowing Owls at Brian Piccolo Park.
